1.Eat an assortment of Food: For Healthy Life We Need Different Type Of nutrients. No single food supplying them all-day. It is not about the single food it’s all about the balanced food.

2. Less consume salt and sugar: A high salt consumption can result in high blood pressure, and increase the risk of disease. There are different ways to reduce salt in the daily routine:

  • Always choose products with lower sodium content.
  • When cooking, salt can be replaced with spices.
  • When eating, not add salt for tasting.

3.Eat habitually, control the Fragment size: Eating an assortment of foods, regularly, and always take the right amounts for a healthy diet.

  • Cooking the right amount of food makes it easier to not eat repeatedly

4.Drink a lot of water: Adults need to drink at least 1.5 liters of water a day. Water is the best source to reduce fat. we can use tap or mineral water. Fruit, juices, tea, milk, and other drinks, consume from time to time
